Due to the nature of online education, refunds will not be granted in the event that the Student’s resources do not support the course materials. Please ensure you have adequate internet speeds, computer's compatibility, up-to-date software, and active login credentials to participate in the online courses.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to Angela Nesbit Studio, LLC website or supporting web platforms are governed by the laws of the owner, Angela Nesbit’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You have no right to assign the enrollment Angela Nesbit online courses, by operation of law or otherwise. Membership is NOT transferable.
Changes
Angela Nesbit Studio reserves the right at any time to impose new or additional terms or conditions.
